The exact location of the hotel is not that great but everything is around the hotel area so it's not a bad option to choose this hotel. This is a budget hotel,so don't expect a luxury experience. It's good enough for a stop over or a short stay. Solo or with friends if you really want to save money, this hotel is not bad actually and I don't mind coming back again if I need to save money and to be out in the city all day long. The windows are nice but it's not a Black out curtains, but over all everything was good. The construction is going on and noise is there for sure

SUPERB|Location is great|Cleanliness nothing to complaint|Staff very friendly|Stayed here for 2 times in a year, new big building is still in progress and sound so noisy but it is oke for us.|From here, you can catch a transportation very easy and most of all, it is closed to Malls and public transport station.

Although this is a basic hotel in a dead end alley, there is a always constant construction sounds around. And absolute slow internet which the people at the reception can’t do anything about. I have been coming to this hotel from past few years. I had no complaints back then, this time around, I feel the hotel is ageing and less hospitality. Hope the quality of service improves.

I and 2 daughters stayed here for 4 nights. Very pleased with the cleanliness, location. 10 min walk to sukhumvit station and century 21 mall. Plenty of foods selections and safe, quietly area. Will stay here again if I have a chance to visit Bangkok in the future.

Very clean and comfy. It is at the end of an alley, with some questionable businesses, but it is a good location. About 15mins from the BTS, easy to grab taxis to go to Terminal 21, any of the Siams and MBK. Many 7-11s and Lawson near by as well as money exchanges and atms. Lots of local street food as well. It's a very good location and the nightly rate is excellent. The rooms themselves are cozy and very clean. Very minimalist design while having the amenities that you need. Laundry on site, shared kitchen area that is very big and spacious. We just have a mini fridge in the room but microwave is in the shared kitchen. Clean linens and towels as well as bathroom basics. A bonus is the adorable street cats that chill outside the main door. Overall great hotel and definitely would come again.

The room was basic but clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the location. It is minutes away from the BTS, excellent Thai restaurants near by and a villa market close by on Sukhumvit Road. We will definitely stay here again when in Bkk.

The hotel is nice for sure. Receptionist is very helpful. The only downside is that Construction work is going on by the side & noise start to arise at 8am. Hotel is off the main road & if you’re with children, you may have to walk pass a dark street with “Sexy girls” & party goers.
